“I placed a pickup order and, just as I was walking out the door, I accidentally dropped my pizza. It was already a long day, and that just made it worse 😭🤦‍♀️. Thankfully, Meryame and Claudia were incredibly kind—they remade my pizza, gave me great service, and even offered me a coupon for my next visit. Their kindness really turned my day around. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location—thank you again!“

“This pizza hut has to be the best pizza hut in the metroplex. Everytime I have ordered from here they are always generous with the toppings. Let me just say the gentleman that is on the cashier (I didn’t catch his name but his is an older white man with a beard) is ALWAYS in such a good mood and only makes the experience that much better. He gives great customer service and I can tell he runs that place like the damn Navy. The proof is in the pizza!“

“Went today due to the fact that my coworker stated that the have $3 personal pizzas with 1 topping, and if you want a extra topping it's a fee of .50 cents. It's true the lady that took our order was very polite, food was delicious, and the wait wasn't no longer than 5-7 minutes. The location we went to is off of Forest lane off of 635 East in the shopping center.“

“Shay was so helpful, she literally amazing, she really made my day. I had trouble picking an item on the menu and she gave suggestions and her favorites. She even went to the back and made pizza HERSELF. AFTER WASHING HANDS OF COURSE!!!!!!. pizza hut is so lucky that they have a worker like a shay in there mitts. She like Micheal Jordan of pizza hut. “They have always taken care of me and made right any wrongs. I messed up my own order and they still gave me a free pizza even though I tried to make them let me pay for it so I bought a dessert so I could leave them a big tip. Customer Service is alive and well here and I appreciate the staff. they are very friendly and work hard to make their customers happy.“

“Never had a New Yorker pizza before and this was my first time ordering one. I actually liked the flavor. It would be nice if you guys added a little bit of extra cheese on the pizza that would be the perfect pizza. Other than that it was good. “Friday September 4th 2026 at 12:45 I called Pizza Hut on Forest Lane and the young man by the name of Luis he was very kind and respectful over the phone, I couldn't make up my on what to order he made a suggestion and quoted to different prices to where I understood very clearly I never met a person to show so much compassion like he did. I must say his customer skills are superb I truly feel with the skills that he have now that's the type of skilled person Pizza Hut me in their corporate office.

“Okay, so I’m pregnant and it’s been so hard to eat anything. I’ve been crazing pizza so I came to Pizza Hut, I was super excited and thrilled to get some food in me. When I opened the box I was so sad because there’s barely any jalapeños and a decent amount of pepperonis. Not the worst, just not the best :(“
