I placed an order with a very nice gentleman (Sean) who took the time to explain currently available specials being offered and even explained the most economical option for myself. He was friendly and patient, as I can be indecisive at times. I placed an order on 11/18/23 for a personal pan pizza. I picked order up and got home to find that they did not put marinara sauce on the pizza. After making several attempts about an hour later I was able to reach someone by phone. I was told by the manager on duty that they would give me a $5 credit and that the next time i order give them my phone number. My order never came, I ordered delivery and I never got my order. When I checked the status it said it was on the way but then I checked again and it said it was delivered despite it not being delivered. I tried calling but no one answered. I have yet to receive anything and I was not able to get a refund. Very terrible experience and customer support
