Really great place it really has changed
Kanty was our waiter she was really nice. She was very attention she was giving us was a 10/10. We would be coming back!

IHOP is a restaurant that offers convenient online ordering and schedule pick-up options. The clean and welcoming atmosphere, combined with friendly staff, makes for a pleasant dining experience. The food is good and packaged well. Although there may be a wait during busy periods, the in-house staff works hard to accommodate customers. Specifically, the manager was helpful and made a new milkshake for a customer who had been delayed due to traffic. The food may not be spectacular, but it is overall better than expected and a better location than the Cockrell hill one.
Servers are often friendly, though some may be new to the fast-paced environment. The cook was praised as the best, with the sirloin tips being a highlight. While one customer had an issue with their steak being undercooked, the waitress Angelina was described as attentive and professional.
