Chipotle Mexican Grill in Garland

“I visited my local Chipotle last night and was helped by a young African American employee who truly made the experience exceptional. He was friendly, professional, and took great care in preparing my bowl. He provided generous portions of rice and chicken, and even offered me a sample of the honey chicken so I could choose what I liked best.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for his outstanding service. Please share my gratitude with his management and let him know that his hard work does not go unnoticed. He’s doing an excellent job, and it made a real difference in my visit.

“Chipotle is pretty self-explanatory. The only thing that changes is the service. The service is not the best but as long as you get what you need, you don’t need to talk to anyone else from the staff. They need a little bit more patience.“
