“It took 12 minutes to be served and there was only 2 people in front of me. One bloke was running around flat out trying to serve us and uber eats whilst two people fussed behind him banging pots and pans... one of them should have helped. It seems you prioritise uber/pick ups over customers standing in front of you with money in their hands. Also the restaurant was dirty tables were grubby and the self serve soda station needs a deep clean.“

“The heavyset, light-skinned Black woman with long lashes, red hair, and an extremely large chest that almost touches the food consistently has a terrible attitude and provides awful customer service. She’s the same person who brings her child to sit in the dining area as if it’s a daycare, even stepping from behind the counter to drink from his cup. While the other employees are polite and professional, her unpleasant demeanor and unprofessional behavior bring the entire establishment down. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but today was the final straw. I thought I had a personal issue with her until I read other reviews clearly describing her behavior.
UPDATE: it’s officially been a year since I made my last review and I stuck to what I said. I had not eaten here at this location. Well recently I decided to go in. I’m glad to see she’s no longer there the last few times i went in. I will increase my stars from 3 to 4 stars.“
“Today I went to Chipotle for the first time after hearing so much about it online and decided to try it on my visit to Dallas for the World Cup! I didn’t know what to expect but the staff and atmosphere was welcoming and kind. The crew members were very nice and made conversation about my experience so far here. I was explained how everything works and got to sample their meats since I’ve never tried them before and ended up choosing the chipotle honey chicken and it was amazing! The food was even better than I expected and my bowl was huge! I had to ask for a lid for my leftovers. Very welcoming crew and the manager was super sweet and kind! I love Chipotle now! :)“
“Got psyched out that the drive thru was for Starbucks not yall. Would be the best thing ever to have a drive thru, cuz this is one of the best locations I've ever been to. Just enough table seating to accommodate a crowd, but not so many tables that you're walking a half block to the counter! I love there's outdoor seating and the food is just delicious, always, the staff are friendly and stay busy cuz the food is fabulous and the place is Clean, stocked and no dirty tables when we were there. Not one and they was busy, great job yalll“
“I love this location. The staff is friendly, attentive, and—most importantly—they don’t forget the napkins or silverware. Nothing’s more annoying than driving away and realizing you’re stuck eating with your hands or wiping your mouth with your sleeves.
The manager clearly works hard and is especially on top of things when you’re dining in, whether you need drinks, napkins, or anything else.
I’ll definitely be coming back again and again.“

“I enjoyed this location! It was very busy,not sure if it's because its Friday night. I must say the staff did great on keeping the line moving and still having good customer service. Our food was delicious. I also had an issue with my receipt using tge app, they were very helpful with helping me resolve the issue.“
“This Chipotle is great! Even during the snow/ice storm, as soon as it was able to, they were open and so pleasant! Although short staffed, they did a great job at communicating with guests and getting everyone their order in a timely manner!“

“Are the portions getting smaller 😒. The tables weren't clean for us to eat in house. I've never seen that at a Chipotle store before. The food was good, had to ask why my portions of meat was so damn small 🤏🏼. I was even given the 👀 when I asked for extra veggies.“
“Chipotle is my go-to spot when I want something quick, fresh, and filling. I love being able to build my own bowl with all the ingredients I like. The chicken is always seasoned well, the rice is fluffy, and the veggies taste fresh. I usually add guacamole too—even though it costs extra, it’s worth it. The portions are generous, and the food is consistently good. The staff is friendly and they keep the line moving. Whether I’m eating there or grabbing it to-go, I always leave satisfied. Reliable, clean, and tasty every time.“

Staff was friendly, food line was missing several important items I wanted :( Missing salsa and pico :( These are son popular that they ran out, supervisor said they had a very busy day, understandable. But still, Made my experience Not so great, I almost stopped the guy from building my bowl but I was already there, so I just suffered thru. Meeting pars and metrics is important but a sad customer is worse. I may try this store again, but I probably will not.“

“Food was good I ordered honey chicken and veggie bowl but the staff was in such a hurry that they did not pack the salsa properly (I ordered on the side) and by the time I reached home it was spilled all over the bag and food and contaminated untended food. I had to throw away half of the food beside staining the car seat also .“
“I was at this location about 5pm on a Friday. Food is consistently good. Tonigh, the tomatoes were nowhere near red, get a new produce provider. Everything else was good . But tonight the line people were what stuck out impeccable all the way dow . Especially a woman who was working a double from another store. Working and It’s was excellent

I stopped by Chipotle for a quick meal and had a good overall experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared well. The ingredients looked fresh, and my order was made correctly.
The staff was friendly and moved the line at a good pace. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant for dining in.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is always room for improvement, whether it’s consistency in portions or wait times during busy periods. Overall, though, it was a solid visit, and I would return again for a quick and reliable meal.“
“The food is amazing!! However they do run out of most of the food around 7p.m. and the first girl in the line that asks you want you want, I don't know her name, but she wears these ridiculously foolish looking fake lashes....besides asking you what you want she doesn't answer any questions no matter how many times you ask her! She doesn't even look at you, she looks past you. If you've never been to Chipotle and have questions this is not the one to go to! I go there several times a week and she's always there and always acts like she's deaf, and loves rolling her eyes at you!“
“They need a better rap for the good work they do. Miguel helped me out today and the staff behind him worked diligently and hooked it up nicely. There was a good proportion of meats and veggies in my burrito. Awesome establishment right here!

“Not the best Chipotle location but not the worst. Its location in the North Park mall is convenient but a double edged sword. The high traffic means they run out of items and the staff are not the friendliest. A decent place to go if you need a quick bite but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here“
“This is hands down the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I go almost every day, and they always get it right. The food is consistently fresh, perfectly seasoned, and the portions are generous every single time. You can really tell the staff cares about quality and consistency. If you’ve ever had a bad Chipotle experience somewhere else, this location will completely change your mind. Highly recommend!“
“I had to place a last minute order for the office, but wasn’t able to add another build your own meal (feeds 4-6). Luckily, I came in early and the guy who helped me was super nice. He said they were able to add another container of meat, which was all we needed! Great customer service. Definitely helps having an amazing restaurant team make your job easier. Thank you!“
