“Came in on a Sunday for a late lunch. The employees were very polite and in a great mood. Everything was right, great service, great portions, everything was available. I saw some bad reviews about availability, but around 2pm on a Sunday, my experience was perfect.“

“I had a great experience it was my first time ever trying Chipotle. The manager was very kind and he explained each item and helped me build my bowel. The food was hot and real good. Thanks for a wonderful experience. When ever I'm in the area again I will definitely stop by.“

“It took 12 minutes to be served and there was only 2 people in front of me. One bloke was running around flat out trying to serve us and uber eats whilst two people fussed behind him banging pots and pans... one of them should have helped. It seems you prioritise uber/pick ups over customers standing in front of you with money in their hands. Also the restaurant was dirty tables were grubby and the self serve soda station needs a deep clean.“

“I came on 08/15/26 (Saturday) and I went through the line there was a worker ready to take my order immediately I had to told her it was my first time eating at Chipotle and she said your in luck we are the best chipotle (which in deed they did have the best chipotle!!!) she talked me through everything step by step then passed me to the cashier who was super nice as well she told me about all the add ons and surprised me with a free guac! I asked for a managers turns out it was the GM serving me on the line with strong leadership no wonder they’re a busy chipotle!! I can’t wait to come back my first time at chipotle was the best!“

“Came on a busy night. Of course doesn't bother me. old dude behind me kept asking for a lot. No please or nothing. Ran out of corn steak and cheese. Young lady told him they were out of cheese dude blows a gasket when the manager brings in cheese that she just got done shredding. I had top notch service. Old dude had no manners. Made me laugh how entitled he thought he was. Hope you see this old dude! I'm giving them 5 stars. For the old man. I give you a finger figure it out which one 😂“

“I love this location. The staff is friendly, attentive, and—most importantly—they don’t forget the napkins or silverware. Nothing’s more annoying than driving away and realizing you’re stuck eating with your hands or wiping your mouth with your sleeves.
The manager clearly works hard and is especially on top of things when you’re dining in, whether you need drinks, napkins, or anything else.
I’ll definitely be coming back again and again.“

“Are the portions getting smaller 😒. The tables weren't clean for us to eat in house. I've never seen that at a Chipotle store before. The food was good, had to ask why my portions of meat was so damn small 🤏🏼. I was even given the 👀 when I asked for extra veggies.“

“I think people usually tend to leave reviews more often when they have a bad experience rather than a good one, so I’m leaving a good review 😊 The food was yummy and the girl at the online order station who made my order was very talkative and kind, although she was very rushed. “Chipotle is my go-to spot when I want something quick, fresh, and filling. I love being able to build my own bowl with all the ingredients I like. The chicken is always seasoned well, the rice is fluffy, and the veggies taste fresh. I usually add guacamole too—even though it costs extra, it’s worth it. The portions are generous, and the food is consistently good. The staff is friendly and they keep the line moving. Whether I’m eating there or grabbing it to-go, I always leave satisfied. Reliable, clean, and tasty every time.“

Staff was friendly, food line was missing several important items I wanted :( Missing salsa and pico :( These are son popular that they ran out, supervisor said they had a very busy day, understandable. But still, Made my experience Not so great, I almost stopped the guy from building my bowl but I was already there, so I just suffered thru. Meeting pars and metrics is important but a sad customer is worse. I may try this store again, but I probably will not.“

“Food was good I ordered honey chicken and veggie bowl but the staff was in such a hurry that they did not pack the salsa properly (I ordered on the side) and by the time I reached home it was spilled all over the bag and food and contaminated untended food. I had to throw away half of the food beside staining the car seat also .“

“I was at this location about 5pm on a Friday. Food is consistently good. Tonigh, the tomatoes were nowhere near red, get a new produce provider. Everything else was good . But tonight the line people were what stuck out impeccable all the way dow . Especially a woman who was working a double from another store. Working and It’s was excellent

I stopped by Chipotle for a quick meal and had a good overall experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared well. The ingredients looked fresh, and my order was made correctly.

The staff was friendly and moved the line at a good pace. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant for dining in.

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is always room for improvement, whether it’s consistency in portions or wait times during busy periods. Overall, though, it was a solid visit, and I would return again for a quick and reliable meal.“

“Not the best Chipotle location but not the worst. Its location in the North Park mall is convenient but a double edged sword. The high traffic means they run out of items and the staff are not the friendliest. A decent place to go if you need a quick bite but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here“

“I've been to this location a couple of times, and both visits were disappointing. The cashier seemed frustrated, tired, or just not very welcoming, which made the experience uncomfortable. They also didn't have Chipotle's specialty T Beverages like Mandarin Agua Fresca, Berry Agua Fresca, Hibiscus Lemonade, or even Lemonade. On top of that, the portions were noticeably smaller than what I usually get at other Chipotle locations. I gave this place more than one chance, but nothing changed. I won't be coming back.“

“The food is amazing!! However they do run out of most of the food around 7p.m. and the first girl in the line that asks you want you want, I don't know her name, but she wears these ridiculously foolish looking fake lashes....besides asking you what you want she doesn't answer any questions no matter how many times you ask her! She doesn't even look at you, she looks past you. If you've never been to Chipotle and have questions this is not the one to go to! I go there several times a week and she's always there and always acts like she's deaf, and loves rolling her eyes at you!“

“Stopped by Chipotle and honestly had a pretty solid experience. I went with a burrito bowl loaded with chicken, rice, black beans, cheese, pico, corn salsa, and some sour cream. Everything tasted fresh and the portions were actually pretty generous, so I definitely got my money’s worth lol. The chicken had good flavor, the corn salsa gave it a nice little sweetness, and everything mixed together really well. The employee making my bowl was friendly and didn’t skimp on the toppings, which is always a win. The line moved pretty quick, the restaurant was clean, and my food was ready to go without much waiting around. It’s a pretty easy spot when you want something filling but still want to choose exactly what goes in your meal. Definitely left full and satisfied. I’d pull up again when I’m craving a big burrito bowl.“

“This is my family’s go to location. The entire staff is always friendly, helpful, and courteous. They provide excellent customer service and our order is always fresh. The restaurant is clean and the line always moves efficiently. Highly recommend this location!“
