Employees were welcoming as soon as I walked in. Kenneth helped me with my order he had great customer service with a positive attitude.Food was delicious and fresh.
Food is good, but place never opens on time. We were told multiple times everytime we show up they are not ready to open. We have to wait 15-20 minutes outside past their opening time to get food.
While checking out, we couldn’t hear the guy behind the counter reading our order back to us. A lady behind the counter came up to him and screamed our order at him in the most condescending way I’ve ever seen and looked at us like we were lying about what we got. In the future, we will purposely drive to another Chipotle to avoid this one.
