The sofrita at this location was terrible. Too much traffic, stood in line for 30 minutes.
They make good food and are relatively quick however their customer services leaves a lot to be desired. Every single time I go they lack communication and sometimes just stare at you and walk by. Every single time I have a pickup/mobile order I get the notification in the app that it’s ready and waiting at the pickup shelves near the register… it’s NEVER ready.
