“I frequently order from this location. I have never had any issues or complaints. My order is always ready in time and I usually order in peak hours when the lunch crowd is in there. The only time my order was not on the pickup shelf, was because my order was taken by someone else. After I made an employee aware, they prepared my order very quick. Definitely my favorite location“

“the team working on the pick up window are really working hard. Making orders for the pickup window and inside I saw. Food is great, I had the beef barbacoa quesadilla app exclusive. White Rice,black beans, sour cream with chips and guac was so delicious.“

“This is an excellent location! The food is always phenomenal and well-seasoned. I really missed them while they were temporarily closed for repairs, and I tried the food at a couple other loo cations and it was not the same. The general manager, whom I’ve known to work there for years, warmly greeted me and welcomed me back to her store. Excellent customer service at this particular store.“

“These people are GREAT! My husband stopped by on way home at 9:55pm and asked for kids quesadilla. They didn't say “no we are closing in 5 minutes” They helped us out and made our food fresh and were super helpful and nice. I cannot even tell you how rare that is these days. “I visited Chipotle Mexican Grill for the first time and had a good experience overall. The place wasn’t very busy when we arrived, which made ordering quick and easy.

We ordered a kids “make your own taco,” a chicken bowl, and a chicken Al Pastor bowl with extra protein, along with a side of guacamole. The food tasted fresh and flavorful. The chicken Al Pastor bowl stood out, and the extra protein made it filling. The chicken bowl was well put together, and the kids taco option was convenient.

They were out of white rice during the visit, so I had to switch to brown rice for one of the bowls, which was a bit of a downside. However, everything else was good, and the guacamole was fresh and tasty.

Overall, a solid first visit with fresh food and good portions. I’d consider coming back.“

“This Chipotle location is not one of my favorites. Some of their people here are awesome, but there are others that don’t seem like they want to be there. They seem like they’re overworked at times and there have been instances where there’s a decent line of customers when we were there. They have also rang me up incorrectly, which I can understand as the times that has happened they were scrambling to get to the next client. Best to order ahead through their app. Just be sure to build in a buffer as their “promised time” seems more of a suggestion.“

“This Chipotle on Spring Creek is hands down the best one I’ve ever been to! The food is always fresh, perfectly seasoned, and served in generous portions. Everything tastes just right — from the rice and beans to the meats and toppings. You can tell the ingredients are high quality, and the staff take the time to make sure your order is exactly how you want it.

The restaurant is super clean and well-run, with a friendly and efficient team that keeps things moving even during busy hours. The vibe here is positive and organized, which really sets it apart from other locations.

If you love Chipotle, this is the one to go to — consistently excellent in every way. Five stars without a doubt!“

“Idk why the reviews are so low. Every time I come here the portions have been INSANE. Great portions, very nice workers, clean establishment etc!! This is my favorite Chipotle in the area. Mind you, I always go around 8pm-10pm and have always had a great experience so idk who is on the night shift but yall are amazing!! “I would like to commend the overall team effort under Angel Lopez’s management. I was so impressed when i walked in and got greeted by the manager himself with warmth and enthusiasm to serve. He asked me if it was my first time there and I said yes. I also wasn’t familiar with chipotle menu. Angel took his time explaining to me. I’m gluten intolerant; he went ahead and advised the server on my diet restriction, the server carefully made sure there was no cross contamination. I got served with smiles, even when I ate my food I still tasted the warmth in the service. I definitely recommend this chipotle especially to people with dietary restrictions. Just make them know and they will be on top of the game. Thank you so much Angel Lopez you’re an amazing and awesome manager. You don’t take your work as just a job but you clearly have customer satisfaction at heart. I’m a happy customer and will definitely be happy to go back to this Chipotle!!!!“
