WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!I went in at around 12pm... asked for a burrito, the lady looked up with such a smug look (you could even tell through her mask) I asked for white rice. (THERE WAS A HAIR IN THE RICE TRAY) she pulled it off the serving spoon, dumped the rice in the trash, then got me more rice from the SAME TRAY... long story short the next girl wrapped my burrito like crap while laughing. I havenât been back here since the Pandemic, itâs either been a delivery or a pickup by my office. This one has become terrible. The âsweet teaâ was not sweet, the âunsweet teaâ was too sweet to drink. When I asked for individual sweeteners, they had NONE - no blue packets, no yellow packets, no sugar...nothing. terrible. workers always have a long and rude face and like to roll their eyes when asked to do simple things. also the guacamole they served gave me food poisoning as the guacamole was bad and rotten. tasted very sour and made me sick. this location is usually good but some workers obviously canât do their job correctly
