The food here is good, the employees are great, but the portion size for protein is horrible. Maybe it’s a chain-wide thing nowadays but paying $15.50 for a bowl and getting less than 10 bites of steak is ridiculous. Needs to be addressed

If I could give no stars I would the support team staff unhelpful. Chris and John from support said sorry you ordered from OUR WEBSITE we can’t do anything to help.DoorDash said sorry since you ordered from THEIR website we can’t do anything to help.You have our money and we have no food…. Seems like a simple solution here. Redeliver the food. Not even asking for the money back just make it freaking right without us having to go through EVERYONE and have 0 actual solutions.Can’t forget how unhelpful pepper was!! Just more irritating to get an auto message that also is 0 help.

I am not a big fan of Chipotle. There are certainly better places to get a burrito, but if you are in a hurry, it fits the bill. Always to go since I do not consider the dining area a place I want to occupy for longer than I have to.

Where to begin. Came in around 7 pm for dinner. Line was about 6 people deep. It took about 30 minutes once it was time to order I noticed almost everything empty. No white rice, no chicken, not veggies, only pinto beans. No where near close to closing and nothing was stocked or prepared. No one was working on cooking anything like you normally see. The staff did not care or want to be there. Filthy from the time you walk in to the kitchen area everyone can see. I only stayed because I had a free rewards bowl expiring for my birthday because there is no way I would have spent my money at this location. Quality of the food I was able to get not good. I ended up eating 1/4 of my bowl and tossing the rest.

This used to be one of my fav locations. Went a few times in a week and they’re giving like half scoops of everything now. I also used to love this location because they were so clean and kept stuff separate I had multiple red onions in my burrito yesterday and threw up I cannot stand red onions. I’ll have to find another chipotle now that gives you what you pay for and keep everything clean and separate
Doesn’t seem to be managed well. Started my order only for them to tell me they don’t have any steak. They had just put the steak on the grill. We decided to leave. My husband had been at this location before and had to wait 30 minutes for his food as well. They need some guidance on how to keep their food stocked especially during peak times.

This is a trash business that has substituted quality for quantity. The burrito is 70 percent rice 10 percent beans 10 percent free ingredients 5 percent extra guac and 5 percent protein.
