On 4/13/24 I placed an order through the app for pick up at 3pm. I show up about 3:10 to pick up my order and it's not done, but hasn't even been started. That wasn't the worst part, NONE of the workers would acknowledge the people waiting for mobile orders. The cashier would make eye contact with me then go help others in the line and ring them out. Placed a mobile order for pickup today didn’t think I had to triple check my order. I drive home and get ready for dinner and see that my bowl is totally wrong. So I had drive back to restaurant to tell my order is wrong. Everyone gave me an attitude and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience like if it’s my fault you didn’t do your job. Rude employees. I won’t be coming back here.

If I could give it a 0 I would, employees pay 0 attention and half can’t even understand you so good luck getting your order right ?? (Side note: I also witnessed the General Manager send a customer to the very back of the line and re order because the employees also got her order wrong)
