Great place and amazing atmosphere 👏🏽
I’ve been coming to this place, since I was a kid and the vibes are the same and the food hasn’t changed which is so nice because it feels nostalgic coming to eat here, I absolutely love their shrimp tostadas and ceviche.
My brother and I have lived near this place for 13 years. Literally within walking distance. We went here for the first time on 5/5. Why did we not try this place sooner!
The menu looked phenomenal. Fried seafood for the most part, but also have shrimp cocktail.
My brother had the chipotle shrimp tacos and I had the fried oyster sandwich with fries. Absolutely delicious 😋
We will be back. Probably walk. Save gas.

Mariscos Golfo Restaurant serves authentic Mexican dishes made with fresh ingredients, offering a delightful experience for those craving traditional Mexican flavors. The fried catfish is a popular favorite, and other standout options include the spicy shrimp special, shrimp cocktail, and fish salad. The restaurant also offers shrimp tacos with chipotle and delicious wings. The excellent Garlic Shrimp and Fried Catfish come in large portions and are very fresh. The atmosphere is very nice, very clean, and family-friendly. The owners treat you with respect and the staff are always very friendly, providing excellent service. With a large menu posted with pictures and prices that are not expensive at all, it is the best seafood in Texas.
