“This was our first time to go to Charleys. It was great food & cooked to order and had friendly staff! We ordered a large philly cheesesteak and a large bacon cheesesteak they were bigger then we expected, we also had to try the ultimate fries which were really good too! I had read reviews about the strawberry lemonade and decided to try that as well and it was so good and refreshing I liked that it had actual fruit in it. We definitely be going back!“
“My friends recommended this place so we decided to stop by on our way out of Rowlett.I got the Shrimp cheesesteak and my boyfriend got the poblano cheesesteak. Both were very good and the onion rings were on point. They also have Daily specials Mon-Thu. Monday's was the Buffalo cheesesteak and I almost wish I'd gotten that one.What really sold me was the sauces. All his sauces were homemade and the Mayotle sauce had a really good smokiness to it.I'd definitely recommend stopping by here at least once.Also doesn't hurt that you can get a free churro if you leave them a 5-star review. Speaking of which, don't forget to give my friends Sladen and Dylan my free churro!“
“Place was alright. Traditional outdoor food truck park with a country flare to it. Had a few drinks and a Iittle food here and there. Food went from quesadillas to taquitos to tenders. Weather was great to be outdoors. Just a tad congested for liking though. It's was get your own stuff kinda thing. People were available to clean but that's about it“
“We were greeted with sunny south side Dallas hospitality! There were games like uno, dominos, cards and more for you to enjoy at the table. Alcohol is served on site which is a bonus if you really want to have a good time. The food options are endless there is something for everyone from salads to cheesesteaks to wings and some really tasty looking cakes and desserts. We did need help navigating the menu as the unique names for some of the items were interesting yet not descriptive of the actual food. We decided to go with the South Side Cheese Steak and an order of wings. I honestly don’t remember the flavors we tried but I can say there was nothing left on our plates. I cannot wait to return to try the desserts and some of the other food options. All in all a Dallas homage and I loved everything about it.Parking: A few spots directly in front of store and more in complex lot and there is security patrol“

“Simply Amazing!! I was craving breakfast but the time was 11:30 exactly and I did not know the breakfast hours here as this was my first visit. I asked the sweet lady who greeted me when I came in if I could still get breakfast and she told me yes. I ordered 2 eggs over eazy, 2 strips of bacon, 1 bisquit w/gravy and hasbrowns for take out. Just a simple breakfast. I got back to my office and started to eat and was amazed at how great this simple breakfast tasted. This is my new go to Cafe. Great Food. The Philly Cheesesteak combo is phenomenal, I’ve already purchased it 3x, and they have a special Parmesan Peppercorn Philly that’s next on my list! They offer excellent customer service, host a great atmosphere with music & arcade games, plus the establishment is clean & well maintained !✨ I got a small Philly Cheesesteak with fries and a large delicious strawberry lemonade for approx. $14.25! The man with a grey beard at the register is always super friendly and helpful! Super cute little hole in the wall to stop for a good meal.“
