“Had such a great experience at The Philly Special here at Legacy West, thanks to Trae. He went out of his way to make sure our food and service were top notch, real hospitality that you don't see everywhere. You could tell he genuinely cares about the craft and about making people feel taken care of. This kind of dedication deserves recognition. Thank you for making our visit so special, Trae!“

“It was my first time trying Charleys and man the Philly steak sub was on point. The customer service is top-notch, and the staff is always friendly. Nate helped me out that day. I'm excited to try their wings next time. Overall, I'm impressed with the quality of food and service, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.“

“Hands down some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time! On top of the fantastic food, the customer service was top-tier. A lovely lady named V took care of us, and her warm, welcoming energy made the entire experience so memorable. Incredible food paired with incredible service—we’ll definitely be back!“

“The best philly cheesesteak and service in town.
Just please dont let people who is not consuming products from Charleys , eat at the dining area! Today was a disgusting lady eating and spitting in walmart bag!
Very bad for business.“

“The noises I made while eating can only be described as animalistic… the food was sooooo good. Very quaint. Service was incredible. He even wrapped our sammiches up when we were ultimately defeated. So excited to eat the other half tonight. Extra points for playing Wreck It Ralph 2 while we were there“
