Delicious Steak and awesome staff!
If you have never been to Fred’s Downtown Philly & you think you’ve already had Texas’s best Philly Cheesesteak…..I beg to differ.
Be sure to get the sauce b/c it makes it that much better! Fred knew what he was doing when he brought this to town!

DELICIOUS! It was as good as any cheesesteak I have had in Philly... and I have had MANY in Philly! Would certainly reccomend!!!!!

It’s always fresh, good quality, and served steaming hot. The service is fast, and the staff is always friendly, super nice, and always busy. The restaurant serves a variety of sandwiches and burgers. Highly recommend the BBQ cheese steak, the #2 with fries, the 10 inch philly cheese steak, the #8, and the whiz cheese sandwich. The sweet potatoe fries are great, and the house sauce is one of a kind. It is definitely worth the wait for a good hot sandwich. You can't beat the price.
