order to go. Food was very good. (Daughter) They told me how unpleasant experience they had with people who served them. We all knew what we were getting yet the order wasn’t taken correctly. Before they left they check the order and one fries missing. They asked the ladies who completed the order and was rude with bad attitude. Then the guy who took the order and that’s what you ordered. When in fact I know what I said. Food is good but customer service needs lots of work.
I just recently tried Charley’s having seen it a few times.. It was ok, not better than where I normally go.. They don’t have the option to change the cheeses and add mushroom.. I wanted a Philly with the cheese sauce and mushroom but they don’t offer that as an additional or substitute.. The meat to me wasn’t broken down enough, had a few large chunks.. Staff was very friendly & honestly, I was absolutely stuffed to the point it hurt & I still wanted to go order another sandwich, it was that good!Sorry I didn't get any photos of the food, but I was hungry and it smelled too good to wait, I even burned my tongue, lol.
