Staff was very friendly & honestly, I was absolutely stuffed to the point it hurt & I still wanted to go order another sandwich, it was that good!Sorry I didn't get any photos of the food, but I was hungry and it smelled too good to wait, I even burned my tongue, lol.
order to go. Food was very good. (Daughter) They told me how unpleasant experience they had with people who served them. We all knew what we were getting yet the order wasn’t taken correctly. Before they left they check the order and one fries missing. They asked the ladies who completed the order and was rude with bad attitude. Then the guy who took the order and that’s what you ordered. When in fact I know what I said. Food is good but customer service needs lots of work.

I just recently tried Charley’s having seen it a few times.. It was ok, not better than where I normally go.. They don’t have the option to change the cheeses and add mushroom.. I wanted a Philly with the cheese sauce and mushroom but they don’t offer that as an additional or substitute.. The meat to me wasn’t broken down enough, had a few large chunks.. I’m gonna try them again and instead of ordering online, I’ll go in and see if they let me add some things to my sandwhich
This has become my go to place when I am indecisive, or not sure what I want. They are very quick, have great customer service, and are very kind. They are so quick you can order right before a football game halftime, pick it up, and make it back before second half kick off. They forgot to put an extra sauce I order once, but when I mentioned it they just gave me an extra. This is an amazing spot.

Leo is the greatest professional and all about customer service even with a smile and throw in some laughter but he handles the business effortlessly. The first cheesesteak I've ever eaten whereas they were not stingy with the meat. Those fries better than any seasoned fries I ever tasted.
