I go to this location because it’s better quality food & better service than the one closest to me on Broadway. This location has been horrible lately. I have waited in curbside for my order for 10 minutes before, but tonight I wait 27 minutes. I called and said I had been waiting almost 30 minutes, was told “no freaking way”. Absolutely absurd. Both locations need better service. Ridiculous. FYI the times I have referred to are at night. Not sure about the day shift.
Went through Drive thru and the woman who took my order was just the sweetest and the manager was at the window when I drove up and my shake didn't have enough chocolate so he offered and added extra chocolate.. really appreciate the service to turn my rough day around..

Thought it was weird the ladies was only 1 stall. The fries were too salty but they fixed it without issue. Staff was nice. Most of the dining area was clean but some tables needed a wipe. Was there during peak lunch so bound to happen. I would say this one was better than many whataburgersDietary restrictions: They made new fries for me when they were too salty.
