I tell you it's usually backed up. I get it. No problem I wait for perfection. I just like my order right. No worries. Its cooked to order. They get overwhelmed when they are well liked. But. tonight the staff that worked drive thru and cooks. Got that down and I was like no. 11 in line she whipped and whipped good .I had to give her props for an outstanding job. That's a team I enjoy staying calm and collective. Two thumbs ☝ up
In the past I have had bad experiences at this location but recently they have been more satisfactory! I even came twice today (between 12p-3p) because the quality/speed was on point! The staff was nice, food was fresh and correct! Just wanted to shout out the team!!! Of the forest lane, Buckingham and Broadway location this is definitely the better store!!! 👌

Whataburger offers good fries and friendly service, although some areas need cleaning. The drive-thru line can get long, but the staff is accommodating, willing to fix any issues like salty fries. Customers appreciate the personalized service, such as adding extra chocolate to a shake. Recently, the restaurant has improved with a new, friendly manager who has made the experience better, and orders are coming out faster. However, there are still some problems, like difficulty placing orders when staff talk quietly and don't input orders correctly. Prices have increased, and some food quality issues remain, such as watery fountain drinks and cold fries. Customers are advised to always count back their change, as mistakes have happened. Despite these flaws, it remains a place where customers feel taken care of and are willing to return.
