I placed an order for pickup almost 15 min prior to arriving, had to wait another 20 minutes for my order when I got there. It did not appear busy, there were maybe two people in the dining area, and one person ahead of me at the mobile pickup line who was gone within 5 min of my arrival. When i recieved my order, one of my sandwiches was cold to the touch and the others were hot. This place was the worst ?. Stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before the guy came. While standing there he's laughing and talking to the cook. Remind you I knew we where there ?. So the food was not hot because it had been sitting on the counter..... Never again
