Custom Cakes near Garland, TX

“Ahhh what a cute spot! It’s inside a church which at first may put you off if you aren’t a church goer. This is not an issue (: I would definitely recommend this spot it’s our favorite coffee in the area!! The espresso is perfect and the overall drink is perfectly balanced. My husband loves the frappe because it’s blended well and has a great flavor without being too sweet!“

“That first bite of cake dance 🤍 THE BEST cake you will ever have! I would never shop anywhere else for a cake!“

“Such an Amazing cake! Affordable and tastes great! I sent 4 ideas of what I was looking for and the end result was a beautiful cake that made my daughter SOOO HAPPY! I highly recommend Lorena’s Cakes!“

“What an amazing place for all your speciality occasion cakes! I got mine made here for my wedding and it was perfect! I got a naked cake with flowers and she even made it perfectly fitting with my cake topper! I’m so happy to have found this place and will continue to go back for more! Also, the cake taste sooo good. It was light, airy and not sweet at all. We got the whipped frosting and it was just the perfect dessert!“

“Great service and great product!“

“I was recommended by a friend and honestly the flavors didn’t disappoint I’m not a huge fan of cakes but after ordering my daughter’s birthday cake here I was left wanting more. I didn’t get exactly what I wanted but they took time to make sure I left satisfied. It’s funny how he could tell right away I wasn’t happy with it but I’m not the type of customer that complains but the guy didn’t let me walk away until he made it better. I’m ready for my birthday in November just to buy another cake . 100/10“

“Today, I had the pleasure of experiencing Soul Food Sunday at Absolutely Edible for the first time and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. The food was ahhhhmazing, but the warm and welcoming greeting I received from the moment I walked thru the door until I left was the real blessing! I can’t wait to refer and return. What I ordered: Two dinners (1meat 3sides each)… #1 Whole fried chicken wings Greens Yams Mac n cheese #2 Meatloaf Double cabbage Broccoli n cheese casserole Desserts: two sweet pot thangs/1 banana pudding Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection! Check them out and thank me later! (PS. this review is straight from my heart and my very happy belly)“

“Today met a dear friend for breakfast, my first time at La Casita. I ordered an egg and vegetable hash that was delicious along with a wonderful cappuccino. It was a delight to find a cappuccino with such well proportioned and balanced flavor, a relief from the huge milky offerings so many other places serve. We shared a guava and strawberry filled pop tart, which involved a perfect delicious tender flaky pastry wrapped around a both slightly sweet and tart filling. Our server, Tess, was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped us with our selections, and later we were treated by Jesus to a scrumptious seasonal glazed bun. That glazed bun was honestly too good for words, mildly sweet, hint of cinnamon, just oodles of delicious texture and subtle flavor. Obviously, I will return soon.“

“First off you all did an amazing job on my son's wedding cake on 04/20/24. Not only was the cake drop dead gorgeous it was so darn good. I accompanied my daughter-in-love at the tasting, and I was sold on the first bite. Your staff was very patient and accommodating. Thank you so much for literally putting the icing on the cake for #1JointUnion wedding in Dallas, Texas.“
