I go to this Location almost every week for the tasty ice cream. So you’re probably wondering why I am writing a 2 star review. Well, I have about HAD IT with the workers who talk amongst themselves about high school drama and talk to their friends who hang out there. They show pictures to each other often on their phones and are rude to the customers. Especially this brown hair girl. I only got for the ice cream which they often mess up on. Definitely needs work.
Stopped by this ice cream place as I was craving something cold. When walking up to the counter there is no one present. I had to wait a few minutes before the employee came out from out the back and was able to do my order. I ordered 3 different items:-Coffee milkshake 5/5-Chocolate ice cream on a cone 5/5-Strawberry shortcake sundae 3.5/5 - the cake was a bit on the hard and stale side and the strawberries looked a little on the old sideThis took about 10 minutes to receive...read full review

We ended up here bc the line at Andy's was easily 40 people deep. We walked in and were excited when we were the only people there. However, Andy's probably would have been faster. I feel bad for the poor girl working on a Sunday afternoon by herself, she was moving as fast as she could. Poor management/staffing made this an hour long ice cream trip and about 30 min just to get our ice cream with only four people in front of us.
