“Food was great but customer service was A1. Our waiter Brooke she was awesome even though it was her second day. She was very attentive to our needs and kept asking about refills and if we needed anything without us having to ask her for anything, she was on top of everything! Highly recommend her as a waiter.“

“My family and I came out to chillis on sat sept 26th. We sat and the waiter to our drink orders left and came back to get our food order. We waited a little longer than 30 min for our food, not to bad but, 3 out of the 5 orders were missing sides. We waited for the waiter to come to say something but he was nowhere to be found. We told another waitress what was wrong and she told an acting supervisor. This acting supervisor is a cook/assistant manager training to be a store manager I believe is what he said. Anywho this gentleman’s name is Aj. When he came by and apologized for the mess ups because they never brought out what was missing on the orders is like they totally forgot or something. They weren’t that busy to say that was the issue. When he came out and told us he apologized for everything and he was gonna see what he could do to make things right we were just ok coo thinking he was going to discount our ticket ..cool you know get a cheaper ticket or what not. Well he came back and said, he was gonna take care of the ticket because of the mess ups and give us some deserts for free I was amazed and to top it off it was my birthday. So not only did he make things great but he went above and beyond to make the customers happy. Very well mannered very professional this gentleman needs to be in that management roll. Customer satisfaction at its finest. Aj you’re a great person all around Chillis needs to make you a part of their management team. Overall he did what he thought was best for the customer and that was that awesome job sir. Thank you for this experience!“

“Let me just be straight up.... I see lots of restaurants in my industry and I'm sceptical of all of them.. Mainly for the quality of food. This location which is my first time ordering bc I just moved here is top notch. Both things I ordered were beyond good. The chicken sandwich, not sure which one, but it was the largest I've ever seen and it was amazing. Yes I tried some.. Haha. I got fejitas and they were just as good and above expectations. Whoever the cook was tonight was in it to win it. I've ate at other locations in the past and since then haven't had chili's in a couple of years, but this location has restored my faith and will be seeimg lots of my business now.“
