“Alexandra provided excellent service during my visit to Chili’s in Grand Prairie. She was attentive, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of without being overbearing. What stood out most was that she made me feel seen and respected as a customer. It’s always nice when someone takes pride in providing good service, and Alexandra definitely did that. I would gladly come back and hope to have her as my server again.“
