Chili's in Fort Worth

“We haven’t been to a Chili’s location in quite some time. The location was easy to find and had plenty of parking. The interior and layout were nice and upscale with updated menus. Everything looked great and tasted nice overall, but just a little too salty for my liking.“

“This place is a nice location to visit with friends. Rolling solo works as well.

The staff are always kind, prompt, and attentive to your needs. Set in the basic configuration of other Chili's so nothing outside the norm there. But the staff truly make the experience worth the visit.

Variety of menu items to meet the needs of a variety of eaters at the same time.“

“I love chilis!! I came in and sat at the bar and Ashley was my bartender and she knows her stuff. Automatic drink refills, quick, efficient and super friendly :)
Triple dipper and chips and salsa anre anlways my go to. Plus, Ashley suggested I login for a free appetizer. :)

“I recently went to this location and the server was great! I got my food to go and I'm eating it now and I'm finding pieces of lettuce on it and my plate didn't have shredded lettuce on it. Makes me wonder where did the lettuce come from did they make my food on an unclean surface? What else is on here I don't know about? Did it drop on the floor? Why would a piece of lettuce be on my food and did I eat some before packing it up? What else is on my food???? This concerns me to no end.
Omg I just found two chip particles like broken chips in my small queso they gave me with my quesadellias…i have no teeth and can't eat chips so there were no chips in my vicinity! Much less in that little take home canister the size of a half dollar that they gave me. Are they getting back quesos from people that don't finish eating them and re using them?? Am I eating behind someone else that could have diseases? Are the employees eating from the batch? Why WOULD the be broken chips in my meal?????

“After receiving a gift card for Christmas, I finally made it to this location. I ultimately decided on the mushroom Swiss burger with fries. I ordered over the phone and received a text that confirmed my order. The customer service was great, and I enjoyed the meal overall. However, the burger patty kept falling apart, and I felt the price was a bit high for a basic burger and fries.“
