“Me and my boyfriend went for dinner. Awesome deal on faijitas for two. Drinks were tasty and satisfying. The staff was so nice and customer service was a 10. We wanted to go have some drinks after dinner but just went ahead and went to the bar after paying for our tab and started a new tab. That's how good our experience was. Thank you chilis“

“Before my flight yesterday, I stopped to grab something to eat, and the young lady who assisted me, Ja’bre, was amazing. Even while she was in training, she performed exceptionally well—honestly, I never would have known she was training if she hadn’t mentioned it. She was polite, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. Her positive attitude truly stood out and made my experience a great one.“

“This has become like the Cheers spot of North Dallas and I bring my daughter here to play with other kids of working Moms like me so we can all relax after work. The servers and regulars all look out for the kids and make this a nice place to relax while we crank away work projects. Best surprise after a Target run nearby.“

Walking into Chili’s felt like entering a familiar area you’ve battled before that was safe, reliable, and ready when you’re unsure what team to bring. Service opened strong with a smooth table setup, and the Bacon Rancher Burger hit the field like a Wailord-sized powerhouse, two patties, stacked bacon, and enough bulk to require a mid-battle split just to manage it. The fries provided a well-seasoned support move, and the Watermelon Tea acted like a refreshing HP restore to round out the fight. The downside is the menu’s overall move pool felt underwhelming, with few options calling for a rematch beyond the burger line. Still, when you need a dependable win without overthinking your strategy, Chili’s earns a solid Badge.“

“This is probably gonna become one of my favorite chilies locations. I have not been to Chili’s in over a year and normally stop there whenever I am on a budget or in a rush. At this location, the service was quick and efficient and the location was very clean. My server was also bartending, but she was very attentive and had such a positive attitude. The food came out, hot and delicious. Everything was on point.“

“I had an outstanding experience at Chili’s. The service was exceptional—every staff member I interacted with was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely attentive, which meant a lot as someone who is disabled. It’s rare to find a team so ready and willing to assist without hesitation.

Chili’s also has a few vegan options available, which I really appreciate. I ordered the Oldtimer with the Impossible burger, customized with no bun, no cheese, and all the veggies. The burger was delicious, and the staff made sure everything was prepared exactly the way I needed it.

My total came to $15.30, and I gladly tipped $5.00, bringing my amount to $20.30—well worth it for the quality of service I received.
