“The service was outstanding the time it took to get a table and to be served was wow the guy that attended us deserves a great raise he was kind and attended ti us nonstop less than 10 mins we had out meal and sit us too the prices are waaaaay better than many other resgaurants too also if u had a chance to work here in would!!!“

“We had layover in DFW late evening March-26.Our departure gate was C35 and right across we saw Chili's. We had about 1hr 10 min till departure - so we decided to sit down and order some meals. While we were waiting for our order - got text message from AA that departure gate changed to A15 - different terminal. We asked if order can be cancelled or expedited and made to go. Team went above and beyond and within 5mins all was ready and packed. When I went upstairs to get Skylink train to next terminal - our waiter, young man, I did not remember his name unfortunately, caught to us all out of breath and gave us another package we forgot! What a superb service. To the management of that location - please give that guy bonus or raise!!! He really deserves it. Oh, and the food was great!! We ate it all while flying.“

“Airport Chilis is always a magnifcant experiance. Got off my flight with a terrible case of swampbooty and found this prime example of a restaurant to cool off in. Quickly ordered a crispy Coors Light and quenched my thirst. The fresh mex bowl was probably one of the best dishes ive ever had. Pico was spicy and the ranch sauce complimented the chicken and iceburg letruce very well. I would fly to Love field just for this place. 10/10“
“I haven't been to a Chili's in a long time (as the original location nearest to me closed many years ago). This location was excellent! Service was terrific, and the food was very good.Parking: So easy to get to, and to find parking right by the front door.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp is very close to the parking spots.“
“More than a decade of consistently good food and great service from this neighborhood Dallas location! I recently received excellent customer service at the ToGo counter with Dezre; she was patient, polite, helpful, friendly, my order was 100% accurate, and what I received from the kitchen was also 100% accurate! The host was likewise patient polite and helpful.Although portion sizes have shrunk considerably, I have not found a better value for a drink, starter, entree (with steak option), and 2 sides. The sirloin steak however had more than usual fat and gristle on one end. The rest was as good as it usually is.This is a great gathering space for smaller groups, the menu is fairly broad, and familiarity is high because it is a large nationwide chain.Parking: This is located in a busy shopping center off the main highway so the parking near the restaurant fills up, and you may have to park farther from the restaurant, but I've never not been able to find a spot. I appreciate there's often police on patrol which is probably why I've never seen nor heard of an issue.“

“I’ve been in the Irving area for a week now (for work) and this was the best food I’ve had by far, since being here. I ordered a couple of drinks, chips and salsa @ the bar, then a plate to go. Chips came out fresh and warm. My plate to go came out very quick as well. The hostess behind the bar was nice and busy but she managed very well. The guy that brought my food out was also friendly. Every time I saw an employee, they were serving, cleaning tables, everyone stayed busy.. very well managed and organized Chilis.. definitely recommend!!“
