“Amazing Service!!! After a long day traveling we stopped into Chilis and we got seated in the bar. We were greeted by our server Ashley and she was absolutely amazing! Gave great recommendations and always made sure our drinks were filled and food was to our liking. Such an amazing experience, great clean restaurant!!“

Walked into Chili’s thinking I was just getting a casual meal… walked out emotionally attached to my server’s entire career trajectory.

Mari was my server and honestly? She didn’t just “take my order,” she curated an experience. Like she looked at my indecisive little menu panic and said, “don’t worry, I got you,” and suddenly I believed in hospitality again.

Drinks stayed full without me even noticing the refills happening (which feels borderline supernatural). The timing of everything was suspiciously perfect like she had a sixth sense for when I was about to ask for something.

Also, the vibe? Effortlessly cool but still warm enough that I briefly considered asking if she was adopting new customers. If Chili’s had a hall of fame, Mari would be in it already. If she leaves, I’m following her like a loyal side quest NPC.

10/10. Would be served by her again. Probably will plan my next craving around her schedule.“
