“Best service we’ve had at a restaurant in a while! From the moment we walked in, all the employees were welcoming and talkative. Host asked us how we were doing, server was awesome, and food runners didn’t miss a beat.
Only not positive I had was that our server didn’t refill our drinks the entire time we were there, but he had a big party and lots of spills at the other table he was helping. Also the men’s bathroom is gross.“
“This is my experience at this particular location. I asked for a particular place to sit and the host diverted from his seating plan to accommodate me without hesitation. My server was Andrew. He was an upbeat kind of guy who kept my glass of sweet tea fresh and full. He checked on me regularly without being overbearing. Both of which I appreciated greatly. It had been a long time since i've been to a Chili's, so I opted for the old Standby of a 1/2 rack of ribs, mac n cheese & fries. I gotta say, I don't know if I just caught them on a good day but it was pretty amazing. The crew in the back must have been as efficient as the crew that was taking care of the customers out front. I got the remainder of my meal to go. I was packed up, paid up and out the door in no time. I tipped 25%. I don't know if I just caught them on a good day, but it was definitely a good day for me.“
