“We had a mobile order and went through the drive through. Got home and our order was wrong. Went back and they fixed it immediately and gave us all new fresh food. Thank you Joe for responding how you did. Our interaction with him was wonderful and he was very understanding. He even came back out to make sure the order was correct before making it again for us. Great, awesome customer service. He needs a raise!!“

“Poor ladies were short handed and working their butts off trying to keep up and some old man came in giving them trouble. They handled it very professionally while I said to him what they couldn’t.

Cashier are all alway friendly & patient at front while taking my order.

To be honest out of all the fast food burger places in garland. I do feel like this is best fast food burger place in this area so far.

This is me & my husband go to burger place now.

The food has been good all 3 times & order was out rather fast & didn’t have to wait a long time for my order.

Third time the cashier was very nice to give me a sample of pink lemonade icee . Cause I was nervous to order & take a chance of possibly not like it . I am really picky with trying new things these days because of economic right now. I did enjoy it & order one with my order.

“Had a craving for a flame broiled burger. The food was disappointing, and the service was outstanding. Is it possible to get the meat freshly heated by the broiler? I was the only person in the drive-through. It was 8pm on a Friday night“
