“This place could be cleaner. The bathroom was a hot mess, literally. The people are sulky. I stood in line while several people stood astound talking in Spanish and laughing, totally ignoring me. Then when another Hispanic came in, they immediately offered to take their order, again ignoring me like I wasn't there. Just rude!“
“Yesterday I passed by this Burger King, the employees were fighting with an Uber, the employee tried to tell the Uber that his order was not ready and to wait, the Uber got upset and tried to talk to the boy who was working and told him "I will not get with a woman", I just watched as the boy answered yes and continued working. I don't know how people can't understand that these employees have other priorities such as self-service orders and internal orders. I give them 5 stars, it was not their fault that the man was impatient.“
“The food was good but when I asked for ketchup the cashier pointed me to the ketchup dispenser and it was empty. Ant to top it off he didn't even go fill it he just shook it up and told me to keep pumping. And when it was all said and done he just handed me some packets of ketchup. Which he could've done from the jump when he found out the dispensary was empty.“
“I previously contacted corporate regarding a cold Jr. Whopper meal and stale chicken fries, and I wanted to share an update. Since then, I’ve given this location a few more chances, and I’m happy to say my recent visits have been much better.
The food has been fresh each time, and everything was served hot and made correctly. The strawberry lemonade has also been consistently on point. I appreciate the improvement and the effort to get things back on track.

“Burger King now only gives bbq and buffalo sauce when buying chicken nuguets, I bought 3 combos of hamburger, fries and soda and it turns out that the cashier Dayanara did not want to provide me with sauces, now you have to pay additionally for the sauces.“
“Food is good at this location, however they ALWAYS ask you to go park up front and wait (for quite awhile) for someone to bring your meal out to you. It is somewhat annoying that they never just bring your order directly to the drive up window 🫤🙄“
“Burger King is always a safe bet! The Whopper is my favorite, the meat is always juicy and the bun is soft. The service is fast and the atmosphere is what you'd expect from a fast food place. Highly recommended! Thanks for your help Lissett!“
“Great fresh 🍔 burgers done on the grill just right 👍 and have it your way. Great atmosphere, their employees have charisma, lol and I love it. The building is in new state and the sitting areas are awesome, they count with stools too for tall people and they count with a television 📺 for entertainment making the dine-in experience feel more welcoming and more like at home. Overall 5 stars the only con is they don't have napkins dispensers, napkins come with the order but I'm pretty sure they have their reasons, lol five finger discount on the napkins. 😂“
“The lady working the front was super sweet. It was nice to walk into a fast food restaurant and walk out with a smile because of the stellar service that I received. She didn’t treat me like a customer. She literally treated me as if I had known her my whole life and we were best friends.“

“I ordered the invisible burger. Just a Patty and a lot of people don't know how to ring that up on the cash register. So i've been successful a hundred percent of the time that burger king doing that for me and I really appreciate that.“

I really appreciate that whoever’s in charge of hiring has done a great job bringing in people who are respectful, considerate, and just nice. “Everything was very cool but I ate in a hurry, the air conditioners were very, very super cold, they should control that since it's not that hot and especially at night, I saw that people didn't even eat well, they threw away the soda because they couldn't drink it.“

My husband and I decided to order two combos to go and our food was made deliciously correct our order was right our whoppers tasted fresh not soggy and the whoppers were wrapped nicely hadn’t tasted a good whopper in a longtime ! “Some time ago I left a negative review about my experience at this Burger King location because of an issue I had with the manager at the time. I felt the service I received wasn’t the best, and I shared my experience because I believe customer feedback can help improve service.
However, I think it’s only fair to update my review. In the last two or three visits I’ve made to this location, the experience has been very different. The manager has shown a much more professional attitude and the level of customer service has clearly improved.
Something I truly appreciate is that, even though he knows I was the one who wrote the previous review, he has always treated me with respect, kindness, and professionalism. That says a lot about his character and his commitment to improving the service.
For that reason, I want to recognize that change and update my opinion. My recent experiences have been positive, and I believe that when someone makes a real effort to improve, it’s only fair to acknowledge it.“
“As a paying customer I felt like I need to express a problem that I had but I didn't go back it was on my mind today. This what happened I went into the drive-thru to get the Wednesday special I specify and tell them how I need the burger fix and I repeatedly at least two times so I pulled up and paid for the food but I trusted that they wouldn't put cheese on the burger. Sometimes people are allergic two different dairy products and my husband was looking forward on eating for lunch. But that didn't work out the order was incorrect. I learned my lesson. Thank God he didn't eat the burger. We didn't go back. Dissatisfied customer you lose money. You cannot trust what people say specially in the Drive-Thru......“
“I recently came to this burger king to try it out. I havent had a whopper since I was a kid. The chicken sandwich is like McDonald's chicken sandwich but better tasting and bigger. Their mini bacon cheese whoppers remind me of Wendy's tiny bacon cheeseburgers but tasted better. The food was fresh and my fries were hot. My little one enjoys the playground as well. This was enjoyable enough for me to make a review.“

“Went here to get the sponge bob bundle and they did not disappoint!! They actually had everting, unlike the other BK I went to. Food was standard fast food quality. Also I’m not a huge BK person so only went for the promo but the staff was very nice and accommodating!“

“every time i’ve come to this location it’s been great drive thru service. very friendly. i came here the other night at around 11pm after a long road trip & the lady at the drive thru was very sweet & the food was honestly great. i always get the chicken sandwich & this time i tried the new honey mustard crispy wrap they have— needless to say they are better than mcdonald’s snack wraps as far as quality, & for the same price. this isn’t the closest location to me but i will go out of my way to return here.“
