“This place could be cleaner. The bathroom was a hot mess, literally. The people are sulky. I stood in line while several people stood astound talking in Spanish and laughing, totally ignoring me. Then when another Hispanic came in, they immediately offered to take their order, again ignoring me like I wasn't there. Just rude!“
“This Burger King just told me they are not taking orders because they are backed up on DoorDash and Uber eats. That’s crazy that regular customers can’t order food. I am forced to stay in this drive-through line because there is no way out. I’ve been sitting in the drive-through line for 15 minutes, but can’t order any food due to Uber eats and DoorDash. If I could give negative stars I would because this Burger King sucks and makes up their own rules for serving customers. …have you ever had service so good at the same burger king thar you keep going there. “I asked for extra pickles and they delivered. I truly felt like the king of the whoppers. I don’t know who was on staff tonight but they all deserve a 50 million dollar raise for customers service. THIS is how you show care and appreciation to your customers. I cried tears of joy, no other store has delivered.“
“I previously contacted corporate regarding a cold Jr. Whopper meal and stale chicken fries, and I wanted to share an update. Since then, I’ve given this location a few more chances, and I’m happy to say my recent visits have been much better.
The food has been fresh each time, and everything was served hot and made correctly. The strawberry lemonade has also been consistently on point. I appreciate the improvement and the effort to get things back on track.

“This is one of my best of my favorites burger kings of all time only because a friend of mines dad Is the manager here and he does a great job of training this staff which is young by the way to get their orders out quickly and most importantly correctly!!! “I say if I'm gonna tell the bad, I'm gonna tell the good as well. I had stopped coming to this burger king because the service was terrible. But today I stopped here for my wife and was surprised with the best service I've ever had at this restaurant. Seems to be a new manager or supervisor there. The service was great the food was hot. Great experience!!!“
“Food is good at this location, however they ALWAYS ask you to go park up front and wait (for quite awhile) for someone to bring your meal out to you. It is somewhat annoying that they never just bring your order directly to the drive up window 🫤🙄“

“The lady working the front was super sweet. It was nice to walk into a fast food restaurant and walk out with a smile because of the stellar service that I received. She didn’t treat me like a customer. She literally treated me as if I had known her my whole life and we were best friends.“

“The ladies that work the early morning shifts are awesome. Whoever was working lunch needs to practice active listening skills, or get a better headset. I don't understand why I have to keep repeating myself at the drive thru. Do better.
I've worked at fast food with me and a cook running everything. I know how clear the headsets are. I should not have to repeat myself if you are actively listening. But then again she may have been distracted by the person that walked up to the drive thru window.“
“4/5 stars. Great service from the cashier and an awesome Impossible Burger! However, the dining room, tables, and bathroom were pretty dirty this time. Fries weren't as good as usual either. I've seen it better, but I'll still be back when in Oak Cliff.“
“I've been here multiple times with never any problems with the food. It's generic fast food. I have used the app to order and food is ready upon arrival. There is never a line. However this past weekend we went by for icecream and there was very little in the cups (see pictures) which is the reason for the 4 stars.“

“I went here at 10:46pm on a friday night. I walked was greet with the smell of fresh fries. The worker named Ashley was very accommodating to us and greeted us. she even apologized for our wait. We got our food piping hot and I even got my crown. 6/5 stars i had a good experience idk abt yall.“
“Some time ago I left a negative review about my experience at this Burger King location because of an issue I had with the manager at the time. I felt the service I received wasn’t the best, and I shared my experience because I believe customer feedback can help improve service.
However, I think it’s only fair to update my review. In the last two or three visits I’ve made to this location, the experience has been very different. The manager has shown a much more professional attitude and the level of customer service has clearly improved.
Something I truly appreciate is that, even though he knows I was the one who wrote the previous review, he has always treated me with respect, kindness, and professionalism. That says a lot about his character and his commitment to improving the service.
For that reason, I want to recognize that change and update my opinion. My recent experiences have been positive, and I believe that when someone makes a real effort to improve, it’s only fair to acknowledge it.“
“As a paying customer I felt like I need to express a problem that I had but I didn't go back it was on my mind today. This what happened I went into the drive-thru to get the Wednesday special I specify and tell them how I need the burger fix and I repeatedly at least two times so I pulled up and paid for the food but I trusted that they wouldn't put cheese on the burger. Sometimes people are allergic two different dairy products and my husband was looking forward on eating for lunch. But that didn't work out the order was incorrect. I learned my lesson. Thank God he didn't eat the burger. We didn't go back. Dissatisfied customer you lose money. You cannot trust what people say specially in the Drive-Thru......“
“I recently came to this burger king to try it out. I havent had a whopper since I was a kid. The chicken sandwich is like McDonald's chicken sandwich but better tasting and bigger. Their mini bacon cheese whoppers remind me of Wendy's tiny bacon cheeseburgers but tasted better. The food was fresh and my fries were hot. My little one enjoys the playground as well. This was enjoyable enough for me to make a review.“

“Before coming here just know its a truck stop BK. You will be paying higher prices. But everytime I come here they never got my order wrong (unlike other places). There may be a long wait but remember...its inside a truck stop. Sometimes I get in and out under 15 mins otherwise it feels like forever.“
“every time i’ve come to this location it’s been great drive thru service. very friendly. i came here the other night at around 11pm after a long road trip & the lady at the drive thru was very sweet & the food was honestly great. i always get the chicken sandwich & this time i tried the new honey mustard crispy wrap they have— needless to say they are better than mcdonald’s snack wraps as far as quality, & for the same price. this isn’t the closest location to me but i will go out of my way to return here.“
