Burger King in Mckinney

“Had to call around to multiple locations. This is one of the only locations that actually answered their phone. The gentleman was super nice and polite. He let me know they were getting a truck to restock stuff for the SpongeBob meal. So I drove there today and while I’m not a huge fan of the food, this was a special thing I was doing for my son. The place was clean and the manager was awesome. African American lady with braids or locs was managing everything. Orders, the staff, helped me with my Apple Pay giftcard, the front line, the drive-thru, and DoorDash type pickups. Clearly stressful and super busy but she managed to stay polite and friendly and got the orders pushed and the line moving. So while the food wasn’t amazing (it’s fast food so my expectations were low) the service and cleanliness were a total win.“

“This location is off one of the busiest highways in Collin County. Taking orders with all the traffic noise is probably not the easiest, but Xavier is a professional! He is a master class in listening intently, clear communication and an amazing and positive attitude. Thank You Xavier for bringing some calm and patience to the ordering experience.“
