“Elizabeth took our order, and served us at the pay window. It feels rare to get quality customer service (or even competency) in a drive-thru these days... and she delivered. I was really impressed.
It was such a breeze to order, and she communicated so well. I always appreciate when we're not rushed and everything is repeated back to us. It minimizes issues, and makes the ordering process much easier.
The food came out exceptionally fast as well, and was piping hot.“

“Im giving it a 4 star just for the guy thats working the drive thru window i usually go there wednesdays around 11am so lunch time and they leave this guy and i believe one cook to work the lunch hour and they are trying but it takes time so if BK sees this get these guys some help“
“I ordered a chicken sandwich with extra pickles. Yall put ketchup on it!!!! Im bringing it back in the am after my shift so I can get something i want! Yuck!!! I went back in the am, exchanged my lunch for Breakfast and they gave me extra hash browns! So happy!“
