Burger King in Fort Worth

“The food isn't great. It's burger king. You know if you like it or not. BUT. THIS PLAYGROUND YALL!!!! If you've got a kiddo that is in the age range to play in a playplace.. this is the best one in the area! The entire location has been recently updated (probably because chikfila is building a location across the street) and let me tell you.. we will be HERE before we go to chikfila... because we know cfa hasn't been putting playgrounds in their new locations and that is a requirement for us. I don't care that burger king food isn't good. It's the staff and the absolutely amazing playground that sells me.“

“Does their food look like their ads? No, BUT it tastes great. The food is warm and cooked right.
The lady at the drive thru was super sweet and patient as my kids changed their minds.
Very rarely do you get great service and food when it comes to fast food - this place delivers.“

“You can definitely tell the changes that have been made with the whopper. Definitely an improvement with the make of the burger. The only thing that we didn’t care for was the fries they could be crispier and need salt. Other than that great job!“

“I haven’t had BK in so long! I ordered the bacon Swiss chicken sandwich meal, and the fries were so good. They’re different, more “potato-y?” Not sure the right word but they are definitely unique.

The lady taking orders at the drive thru menu board was very patient and made sure she got the order correct. And the food was handed out to us accurate and hot! Their sweet tea was strong and sweet too, wasn’t expecting that.

“came in yesterday, the day before Thanksgiving, and had an amazing experience. The very nice Hispanic gentleman with glasses I believe his name was Jeff provided exceptional service. He was incredibly polite, respectful, and made sure my order was fresh and perfect. Truly outstanding customer service!“

The service overall has been great every time I’ve come here. You can tell the staff actually cares about keeping the place running smoothly and making customers feel taken care of. “Great food. Had to wait a little because we came in pretty late and the cook had to make fresh fries. The fries were in fact burning hot and very fresh! Needed some more salt though. I ordered the royal wraps and they were both pretty good, although a little heavy on sauce.“

“Took my children today and the staff was so kind. They were friendly and gave children crowns and were very attentive to all thr customers. The food was great! The juicy whoppers were so flavorful. We will come again soon. The onion rings are crispy and fresh.“
