From the moment I walked in, he greeted everyone with a genuine smile and treated every customer with kindness, patience, and respect. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so welcome just by the way they interact with people.

What stood out most was not only his professionalism but also the strength of his character. You can tell he’s a hardworking, resilient person who handles every situation with a positive attitude and calm confidence. Even during a busy rush, he stayed composed, helpful, and made sure every customer left satisfied.

Employees like Luis are the reason people come back. He represents outstanding customer service and is a true asset to Burger King. I hope his hard work and dedication are recognized because he genuinely deserves it. Thank you, Luis, for making my visit such a positive experience!“

“The food isn't great. It's burger king. You know if you like it or not. BUT. THIS PLAYGROUND YALL!!!! If you've got a kiddo that is in the age range to play in a playplace.. this is the best one in the area! The entire location has been recently updated (probably because chikfila is building a location across the street) and let me tell you.. we will be HERE before we go to chikfila... because we know cfa hasn't been putting playgrounds in their new locations and that is a requirement for us. I don't care that burger king food isn't good. It's the staff and the absolutely amazing playground that sells me.“

“The Burger King actually went to had actually hot hamburger meat on their hamburgers. Very unusual. Maybe they are improving. I believe they took over Wendy's second position spot. But still not the Burger King of old. When you had at conveyor belt. Open flame charcoal meat running across it where you can smell it for blocks. Three good times“

“I haven’t had BK in so long! I ordered the bacon Swiss chicken sandwich meal, and the fries were so good. They’re different, more “potato-y?” Not sure the right word but they are definitely unique.

The lady taking orders at the drive thru menu board was very patient and made sure she got the order correct. And the food was handed out to us accurate and hot! Their sweet tea was strong and sweet too, wasn’t expecting that.

“came in yesterday, the day before Thanksgiving, and had an amazing experience. The very nice Hispanic gentleman with glasses I believe his name was Jeff provided exceptional service. He was incredibly polite, respectful, and made sure my order was fresh and perfect. Truly outstanding customer service!“

“After reading negative reviews I had low expectations, however I was greeted promptly when I walked in even though only two people were working a third employee walked in after not too long of a wait. He was apologetic about the wait which I appreciated. My order was correct and the food was hot and prepared quickly. Probably the best fast food experience I have had in the past few months!“
