Drive thru: ordered big fish and onion rings, and this was reflected on the receipt. What I got was a chicken sandwich and very cold and terrible tasting onion rings. I called and talked to Katie who said she was the manager. Told her the issue and she said they were "headset training", as if a customer wants to hear an excuse. Worst BK experience ever. Will never go there again.
This location is very slow and sloppy, been there more than once hoping that it will be better. It doesn’t. Your meal will be cold and your fries/onion rings will be soggy wither the service is fast or slow.

I came into this store to order food when we got our 2 whopper meals. The food was ice cold when I tried to complain about it. She caught a attitude when I speak to the manager. She claims to be the manager. So if you want cold food. By all means, go to this Burger King. I've been to plenty Burger King. And I've never been treated the way I was. I've never received cold food from Burger King so I don't know if it's because of the way I look or the way I act, but I do not suggest...read full review
