“I was present while a customer was extremely rude to the staff over some misunderstanding over a promotional price for the whooper. The staff handled it extremely well despite the customer escalating the situation and continuing to be loud and berating the staff. The staff and management did a great job and didn't deserve that women talking down to them.“
