They have really improved. Food was hot and fresh. I am trying to decide on lunch or dinner today and I am thinking lunch. Last time I ate the food was so freshly cooked I had to wait for it to cool down and that's what should be the norm so what if you have wait a couple minutes longer
My husband and I went in today. Haven’t been to BK in a very long time, but have had a craving. We were so impressed. The restaurant was so clean and welcoming. Staff were very friendly and polite. Food was hot, fresh, presented well, and really good. The food looked exactly like the pictures you see in their ads. I’m sorry I waited so long to stop in, but certainly glad we did!! We most definitely will be back.
Honestly this Burger King always makes my family food fresh, and they are super friendly. Customer service goes along way. We will continue to come back.

However, the restaurant's morning team and management, including the shift manager, are praised for their helpfulness and professionalism in addressing customer complaints and making sure customers are happy.
