I want to give a big shout out to whoever manages this location and the young man with neck tattoos who worked yesterday...I made a large family order and out of all locations I've been to the food and service should be a STANDARD for all locations. Thank you LJS for feeding my family with some great food and love. I drove from Frisco after having a horrible experience at the Little Elm location and I'm glad I did. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Best customer service I’ve encountered in a long long time. So helpful and patient. I’ve been waiting to come back here after the remodel and she made my experience so nice. Yall did an amazing job hiring her.

Long John Silver's Temp serves fresh, hot, and delicious seafood. The fish fried in awesome batter is beyond delicious, and the fried shrimp and corn are also really good. Food is served quickly. The store has plenty of room and clean bathrooms. Employees treat customers with very nice hospitality and provide great service, with friendly staff who care. However, chicken and fish are fried in the same oil, which is noted as not safe for Muslims. The cost is considered expensive by some, and the McKinney location does not offer all you can eat on Sundays. Overall, the food brings back good memories and makes customers want to go back again.
