Elliot and Brandon took care of us. They were both pleasant and welcoming. I ordered afootlong with ham and chicken and it definitely took me forever to make up my mind but Elliot was patient, didnt rush me or even appear impatient or irritated. Excellent customer service.
Brandon took care of my order and was very personable and made sure to be efficient and speedy since I was on break. Would go back again!
I was craving a sandwich from Subway today, but unfortunately, I was really disappointed when I arrived. The door was locked during business hours, and the employee came to the door and told me they didn’t have any bread. 🥖
After driving in 100-degree weather just to satisfy my craving, I definitely wasn’t expecting that. I hope they’re able to keep better inventory and communication with customers in the future.
