Burger King is a welcoming place with good food and excellent service. The store may be a bit dingy at times, but the fountain sodas are top-notch. Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessibility make it convenient for all customers. Regulars feel like they belong, receiving helpful and friendly service. The staff, especially Tre, are attentive, kind, and spectacular, creating a friendly environment. The drive-thru staff, like Tray, are respectful and quick, although some customers have experienced rudeness from managers. Recently, a customer was disappointed to find the shake machine out of service for weeks, and their Reward points could not be refunded. Despite some issues, it remains a popular spot for lunch with great food and service.
