"Hands down, Whataburger is one of the best fast food chains out there! Their burgers are always cooked to perfection and full of flavor. I love that they use fresh, never frozen beef and cook them on a grill, it makes all the difference. The buns are soft and fresh, and the toppings are always generous. This location had an issue with time management. This day, I went into the lobby order 2 breakfast combo and 1 lunch combo. I placed my order with a fully staffed kitchen and workers running over each other. So a customer came once I placed my order and in 5 minutes, his order was brought out. I am like excuse where is my order to an employee " she started saying a different order" I said no. Told her my order she went an asked for it and it was just sitting on the counter...read full review

Waited in the drive thru lane for a long time while they helped the other lane. Then went to the other lane and they helped the person behind me in the old lane. Did not feel taken care of until I went to a new lane.
