First time was great experience online order and drive thru pick up.Second time was not good. My online order was “not on their system” (receipt attached) manager Alam did not know how to handle the situation just said ohhh can’t do refund can’t do nothing had to get back in line then told me to resend the order, i was like i can’t do that and pay double, then he said I could write down my order and give me the food like he was doing me a favor, he said I’m not getting paid for this (it’s called costumer service) anyways, i did not say much at the moment or made a big deal about it but definitely not going back to that location.Manager definitely needs training on costumer.

Waiting 30 minutes for a burger makes no sense…. I come practically every day…. And when I order takeout they never put napkins on the night shift… they really should improve their coordination….

This used to be my "go-to" place but in the last year or so it has gone downhill... Always forgetting items in my order and food isnt as fresh as it should be, cold fries and lukewarm burgers don't cut it for me after I have to pull up and wait for food./34Still having same issues, cold food and missing food, today it was a large fry :(. I ordered through the app and 1st off they brought out someone else's order and when mine came the bags were taped shut so didn't check until I got home. Sent an email to corporate like I've done before and I'm sure some before NOTHING will be addressed!!!!

I will NEVER make the mistake of going here late at night again!!! I ordered on the app and got in line at the time it said it was supposed to be ready, 11:41 pm. We were stuck waiting for our turn for 30 minutes, and then the bagged order was wrong!! So we had to wait for the rude cashier to make the order again!! If I hadn't already paid in the app I would've DROVE OFF!!!
