“You want Cuban food? Well this place is legit. The Cuban or the Ropa Vejia, sandwich tastes awesome. Couple that with a Pappa Rellena and you will go away delightfully full. The Fritta Cubana (Cuban Hamburger) is my favorite at the moment. And don't forget to try a Pastelito with a Cuban coffee for dessert. “Stopped in today with my hubby. It was wonderful! Great ambience with cool wooden floors that the owner installed himself. Who, by the way, is a super nice gentleman. We had a blueberry scone and hot fresh croissant from the oven and they both were excellent! Baked with European butter as described by the owner/baker! We washed them down with a hot mocha and cappuccino that were chef’s kiss perfect! If you haven’t been, just go. You’ll be glad you did!“

“My cousin and I visited the Cafe this morning for breakfast. Our waiter - Phillip - was amazing! However, the food this time was a little disappointing. My cousin ate her grits and I had the Frech Toast. We also had bacon and potatoes. The bacon was not cooked the way we wanted. A new order was made, but still not satisfactory. And it was very salty. So we did not eat the bacon. Normally the food is outstanding but today's visit was a little off.“

Best describes Gold Rush, from the fluffiest pancakes which IMHO is their clame to fame. I might order a tradional fried egg and bacon breakfast, but bet your bottom dollar it's coming with a short stack of pancakes. As you imagine the tastiest ham slice. remember that they do lunch. fall apart pot roast, hamburgers will not disappoint, chicken fried steak, why not have an omelet for brunch, they'll do it just right. It's not a big place in any way. You get there and you see an empty table go ahead and seat yourself. if there's a short line. you might have to stand between 5 and 8 minutes but everyone in line is cordial. when guests leave their table, grab it, even if it hasn't been cleared off very shortly someone will come by a cleaned your table. while you wait hopefully a member of staff already given you a menu. Be ready when someone takes your order. and the place can be hopping. Give it a shot, I'm sure you will find your visit enjoyable and the food done right.“

Located In the plaza with L.A. Fitness, the eyeglass place and nail salon. Near CVS too. Totally worth a visit.“

From the shish kabob to the hummus to the rice and fried cauliflower and lamb meatball and even the baklava with ice cream suggested by our waitress, we fell in love with a new authentic Turkish restaurant! The service was great and we even met a wonderful family having a birthday. The atmosphere was perfect! I cannot wait to go back!!! We also had Turkish coffee and a cappuccino!“

“Afternoon tea at NM Cafe in Neiman Marcus at Northpark Center was very nice. The service from Sharon was amazing and the teas were delicious. The sandwiches were good, although a bit under seasoned. The chocolate croissant was delicious but the scones were very small although the real clotted cream was nice. The sweets we not bad but there were too many macarons which were not to our liking. Overall, I give it a 4.5/5“

“Dubs is a great place to spend an afternoon, especially if you and your friends need a place to play a tabletop game. The tea is always good, the pretzels are made fresh, and the price is great. The staff are fun and helpful. Plus, every sunday is riichi mahjong!“

“Our annual NYE brunch at Cafe 43 was wonderful. The hostess, Veronica, and our server, Fernando, were outstanding. They have both been with the Bush Library since its opening, and they are among the reasons we've come back year over year!“

“Overall, I always have a better experience at the location down the street near Lalaland. But this location is a little closer to my house so I come here sometimes and the service here just isn’t as good as at the other one which is less than a mile away. This morning my server changed mid meal and the new server didn’t even introduce themselves. It was super quiet and I didn’t get checked on till the new waiter showed up. Food was good per usual, I just wish I got put with the other waitress because I saw her checking on her guests consistently.“

“Simply Amazing!! I was craving breakfast but the time was 11:30 exactly and I did not know the breakfast hours here as this was my first visit. I asked the sweet lady who greeted me when I came in if I could still get breakfast and she told me yes. I ordered 2 eggs over eazy, 2 strips of bacon, 1 bisquit w/gravy and hasbrowns for take out. Just a simple breakfast. I got back to my office and started to eat and was amazed at how great this simple breakfast tasted. This is my new go to Cafe. Great Food. “Went in for breakfast 05/01/26, wasn’t disappointed. Brilliant service, coffee lovely and hot not lukewarm like most places. Breakfast came there was plenty of everything, the only thing I would say was it would have been more enjoyable on hot plates as the food goes cold quickly, but other that everything was great. The veggie and meat sampler offers excellent value and the sambusa was nice and crispy with a good amount of spiciness. The taste of each of the veggie items was pretty good and comparable to others good Ethiopian places in DFW.“
