10-14-2022 I am writing the 2nd review on this Corner Bakery in Preston Forest. Something tells me, everybody loves this place, so they don't bother with reviews. Shame on... all of you! (You know who you are) So that I won't outshine the absent Yelpers, this will be short, and sweet. Wonderful old school diner serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Kids Menu 12 & Under is awesome. Incredible service, prep & cook! This place definitely deserves more attention than it needs, it's a great breakfast place. If you don't want to wait for your food to be ready, order ahead and come in. They're usually ready 5-10 minutes before the time that they're actually supposed to be. Don't come in & complain about your food not being ready for 20-30 minutes when you could've easily prevented that lol Definitely coming here 2-3 times a week for breakfast. Staying at a nearby convention hotel, I ventured out for lunch and fresh air. After visting another local place nearby in West End yesterday, I figured I'd try something new. Corner Bakery is a chain, and I opted to give them a try. Not a stand-out experience at all. I walked in at lunchtime to a nearly empty restaurant (should have been my first clue).
