My favorite is the almond croissant; the Tomatillo Pinwheel I had on my last visit was excellent as well and I think seasonal. They have long tables for sit down meals, or you can order your pastries and coffee at the counter for quick grab and go service. It's cozy and dark inside, and has true coffee shop ambiance. This location has the added benefit of being on Lower Greenville, so a ton of other shops and restaurants nearby to try.“

“It was a typical Friday game night for 6 of us. At 11:26 pm we ordered 4 cakes on Uber eats and called the shop to confirm if they are able to process our order since this place closes at 11:30 pm. The person on the phone not only accepted our order but also assured us they will wait for the Uber driver and then close. This shows great customer service. We wanted to add one more cake to the order but Uber eats won’t let us edit the original so we just asked the owner if they could add another order. We were willing to Zelle them the extra money. We weren’t expecting to get the 5th cake as it was already late. To our surprise, they sent an additional cake with the Uber driver for free. We were so amazed by this gesture. The cakes were freaking delicious. Tried the red velvet, carrot, birthday bash, chocolate and lemon cakes. Would recommend this place to everyone living in the Dfw area. I got the tres leches iced coffee which tasted really good, and they have options for decaf and half caf too. “To start it off, my wife is a massive macaron fan so we made it a priority to find a great macaron place while in town. Upon looking on the outside, JOY Macarons has a welcoming entrance amongst other storefronts next to it. After walking in, we were met by a wonderful man (apologies as I don't remember his name) who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the macarons offered along with those not on the menu. We ordered a dozen macarons, including: pistachio, pumpkin cheesecake, and chocolate. Not only that, but they had macaron ice cream sandwiches, in which we got the cookies n crème and the cereal one. The ice cream sandwiches were absolutely amazing, keeping the perfect texture of the macaron intact while mixing in the ice cream (all of which kept cold as if they were still in the freezer!). Their regular macarons kept the perfect texture of crunch and softness while packing a wonderful flavor that's out of this world! It is no surprise that they've been around for almost 10yrs now! “Not gonna lie, I went because of the pan dulce lol. I miss pan dulce so much so to be able to order from a case full of vegan pan dulce was amazing and we did go a little overboard lol. First off, the staff was amazing. They have a lot of protein choices so we were asking about them and they offered to let us try them…so we picked out 4 and they brought samples. We liked the al pastor and the fajita the best. We got the loaded fries, the elote, and horchata. The loaded fries with the fajita protein was so good and the elote was good too but it came in a cup and did feel like it was missing something. One complaint I did have was that our food and drink all came in styrofoam and this was for dining in too…so that was a bummer.“
