I’ve been going to the Beckley location for a while now. I always remember the young man’s name, but now I forgot. He’s a sweetheart! Plus, the cakes are the best, most delicious, fresh and lovely cakes I’ve ever eaten! I have severe arthritis, so no more sugar for me☹️, but I still go to buy for others. When I tell you I'm a cake connoisseur, and I don't give 5's lightly, it's not an understatement. But any time I'm in Dallas, it's a VISIT. And I will occasionally have these cupcakes shipped to me. They never disappoint.The owner is a great guy and they have great business integrity. It was a typical Friday game night for 6 of us. At 11:26 pm we ordered 4 cakes on Uber eats and called the shop to confirm if they are able to process our order since this place closes at 11:30 pm. The person on the phone not only accepted our order but also assured us they will wait for the Uber driver and then close. This shows great customer service.
