Chef Djomo was extremely accommodating to our group of 10. We sampled a variety of pastries and enjoyed each one. His unique flavor choices (yuzu for example) and extensive offerings of gluten-free foods make his bakery stand out from the crowd. Wonderful experience all around. Merci, chef!
came here while visiting the Dallas area.. such a cute spot and it was nice to get celiac friendly, fancy pastries! They were absolutely amazing!! Will definitely be back to get more next time I’m in the area and will be staying for a coffee, too.
So so so good! Much better selection than any other bakery in town. Nothing greasy. This is true French baking. Flaky but with real substance.
Also, massive gluten free selection. My hubby loved it. Both savory and sweet. Mango peach tea which topped off the meal.
