Would you believe that 2 Employees are in the booth at 2:45pm taking a lunch break at the same time and couldn’t give service on Sunday August 15? Galleria Mall, Dallas, TX. At 12 pm when the mall opened one of them was there and didn’t serve me either because she didn’t have supplies yet. They didn’t even enter their shift at the same time. 🙄 that’s how business bankrupt.
I’m leaving a 1 star . I didn’t get anything because they (meaning all the people in the stand) had to take a restroom break. Ideally, let 1 or go. And the others can take care of customers. Not this Jamba Juice. They closed the stand in the middle of the day. Make it make sense. I apologize to whoever owns it for the horrible review. You’re losing money. Your employees thought it was funny.
asked if they accept card and black lady with glasses bald headed said she was on her “break” but when i left she attended a lady and that was so rude jamba do better yall will
