The Jamba Juice has a medicinal taste rather than a fresh fruit flavor, making it less enjoyable. I sampled several milkshakes, but none of them were to my liking. On the positive side, the fresh orange juice was delicious. In the past, I also tried the açaí bowls, and they were decent. Service was good and the ambience wasn't great

This Jamba Juice is the perfect place for a smoothie or açaí bowl. Inside the Galleria, they even give discounts to employees from the Galleria Towers. I had my work badge and the staff were so kind to let me know this perk. My Vanilla Blue Sky bowl was prepared quickly and it was delicious. I'll be back again soon!!

Told me to come back in five minutes because they were restocking. I come back 25 mins later and they were still not done and the people had the audacity to catch an attitude WITH ME because I was annoyed that I wasted my break waiting on them to be done. This is not the first time that this has happened and it’s getting really old and it makes y’all look bad. Stop telling customers to come back within a specific time frame if you’re not gonna be ready for them. I’m honestly pissed that I waited my entire break and they still were not done and I’m upset that I didn’t get to eat because of it. It’s rude and unprofessional. The only reason you guys got two stars instead of one is because I like two of the people that work there and they are friendly. But everyone else is rude when those two people aren’t around.

Ok, so the Galleria Dallas promotes a Lunar New Year celebration live performance and this juice shop sets a loud music on full blast to compete with the performance's sound. Very disrespectful. I am sure all other audience on the 3rd floor thought the same and, at the end, skipped spending any dollar at this store.

Service was great. The smoothie I ordered was mid at best. Nothing special. Definitely not worth $7 for a small. I also ordered a bottle of water and when I got the bill it was $5! For a small bottle of water! It's like damn these guys are trying to get rich off of one customer! I returned the bottle of water. But the smoothie was out super fast so that was a plus
