Pizza is pizza so I didn’t have high expectations. That being said, the service at this location was incredibly off-putting. The male wasn’t rude, but seemed like he couldn’t wait to get outta there & the female that rang me up at the register was literally leaned over playing on her cellphone before, after, & during the time she was ringing me up. She may have said 10 words during the entire transaction and came off very rude and almost annoyed that I was bothering her...read full review

Great Sbarro, quality has been consistent throughout the years. I first knew about these pizzerias in Puerto Rico: they're in every major mall. Quality has always been great. Much better than cheap pizza parlours you see everywhere else. I think the prices are worth it.

No one there enjoys their job. No one person greeted us. No one wanted to work the register. One person went to the back without even looking at me when we wanted to pay. They were handling food with the same hands they were handling food the same hand they were handling their phone. SMH. Just not a great experience.
