The restaurant is located inside the Galleria Shopping Mall. The environment and the atmosphere was ok; some napkin and debris on the floor and the serving counter. I saw the staff member was cleaning it. However, it’s on Saturday and lots of people dined inside and kept making trash.The most disappointing thing was the total 36 minutes of the waiting time for just a burger. I love the burgers , they are fresh and cooked to perfection. The Cajun fires are a must have and clearly get a shake they are creamy and smooth. This location is placed perfectly and the restaurant set up is genius.
This is where I had Five Guys for the first time ever a few years ago and I still come back from time to time!Today, 11/2/23, I came back to Five Guys in The Galleria and ordered a Cheeseburger, Cajun fries, and a chocolate and peanut butter shake.The service is super friendly and helpful!
