The restaurant is located inside the Galleria Shopping Mall. The environment and the atmosphere was ok; some napkin and debris on the floor and the serving counter. I saw the staff member was cleaning it. However, it’s on Saturday and lots of people dined inside and kept making trash.The most disappointing thing was the total 36 minutes of the waiting time for just a burger. I thought it’s a fast food chain restaurant. There were lots of people waiting in the front for receiving their orders, as well as so many staff members working and talking in the kitchen. It seemed they did not take the customers’ order and time seriously. There should be the management issue or the staff members did not get trained well to work efficiently.When the staff member called the number for the customer to get the order and no one answered, he just showed the disappointing face, which is really not appropriate. When I received my order, there was no greeting and no smile on his face. I was just disappointed in its service.The good part is that the restaurant has its own restroom inside. You don’t need to go out to find the restroom somewhere in the shopping mall when you are dining at the restaurant.Parking: There is free parking garage belongs to the shopping mall. It’s not hard to find the parking in the garage, usually, even in the weekend.

The food was okay, but dining experience was terrible. One employee was like looking at every dining customers if they're carrying outside food, even if they're just holding the to go bag that they bought, and not eating it in Five guys he would still bother until they're done eating the food they ordered at Five guys. I was so pissed but didn't waste my time argueing with him. Never coming back!!!!!!

This is where I had Five Guys for the first time ever a few years ago and I still come back from time to time!Today, 11/2/23, I came back to Five Guys in The Galleria and ordered a Cheeseburger, Cajun fries, and a chocolate and peanut butter shake.The service is super friendly and helpful! They explain the menu and how things work if you have never been. The establishment is clean and there’s always someone on the floor making sure it stays clean! I also love the decor!There is plenty of seating and if you don’t want to sit, there are standing tables, which I think is really cool!The food and drink is so delicious and I love walking up and being greeted by the staff. When you sit down to eat, the staff make sure you’re good and will always assist you if you need anything. You definitely get a great amount of food for what you pay!Definitely will be coming back! Today I made sure to let the manager know how well their staff have been doing and that I love the service and quality of food.

Rude Service... I usually get fries there and we all know them for being sizable fries. This time, I ordered the same large fries and they gave me half, the cup full and a tiny bit in the bag. I just left because the service was already rude, lest I ask them to fill it more and they spit in my food.

I like five guys burgers. However, the prices at this place are insane! A burger and fries and a drink shouldn't cost anything like this. It's about 20 bucks just for the burger and fries. Do yourself a favor and go next-door to the Mexican cantina and sit down and have a full plate meal with good ambience and service for the same price.
